£45,000 – £50,000 + Discretionary Bonus

We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a well-located portfolio of industrial and commercial office assets, all situated within reasonable travelling distance of each other across London.
Key Responsibilities…
- Deliver operational excellence across all sites within the portfolio
- Provide top-tier customer service to clients and occupiers
- Full responsibility for day-to-day facilities management operations
- Manage and monitor hard and soft service contractors, ensuring performance, value, and compliance
- Oversee and manage service charge budgets, forecasting and expenditure control
- Ensure full statutory compliance, including health & safety, risk assessments, and audits
- Lead on fit-out works and project management, coordinating contractors and consultants when required
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve building performance and occupier satisfaction
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and occupiers
About You…
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager within commercial and/or industrial property
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements
- Experience managing service charge budgets
- Confident managing contractors and project works, including fit-outs
- Customer-focused, professional, and highly organised
- Able to work autonomously and take true ownership of a portfolio
- London-based with the flexibility to travel between sites (no car necessary)
