Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Manager to join the team at one of the most impressive estates in Central London. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the properties, maintaining high standards in line with the values and policies of the highly regarded employer. This role is integral to fostering a commercially competitive and operationally efficient environment for occupiers, while enhancing the investment value for the landlord.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing building operations, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and statutory regulations, including management of the service charge budget.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with occupiers, ensuring open communication regarding building issues.
  • Collaborating with service partners and colleagues to ensure consistent and high standards of service delivery.
