Building Manager

What you’ll be doing

• Overall accountability for the operational performance of an exciting asset in the heart of London
• Working alongside the TSM for the contractor management of the soft services
• Oversee the fit-outs of incoming tenants and managing ongoing and new projects
• Lead on all compliance throughout the building with a focus on Health & Safety
• Lead on creating a 5* customer experience for tenants, guests, and visitors.

To be successful, you will need…

• Experience in building management in a multi-tenanted mixed-use commercial and retail building.
• Project management experience
• Experience managing budgets
• IOSH desirable but not essential.
• A positive attitude with an enthusiasm for customer experience.
