Julian remains very active within our business, with a particular focus on the direction and wider strategy of the company, and overseeing the delivery of key client instructions. He is also involved in the recruitment, extensive training and continuous development of our Consultants.

As the company continues to grow, Louise has blended her recruitment activities with operational responsibilities, overseeing and driving the performance management of our team. Under her stewardship, we consistently achieve market leading results, a key factor behind our significant success for our clients and candidates.
A graduate in Sport & Exercise Science, Alex joined the company in 2013 and progressed at an impressive rate with our business. Starting as a Resourcer in our Placemaking Team, which she went on to lead, Alex expanded her experience by moving into our Real Estate team, with a particular emphasis on client engagement and consultant development. Alex’s career journey has been on a constant upward trend and her abilities and contribution led to her appointment as a Director in 2017.
Heavily orientated towards delivery of top quality client services, Alex works with all our our consultants to ensure consistency, performance and client satisfaction. In addition, Alex works with the Founders in setting the business strategy and direction.
Ghislaine joined Foundation Recruitment in 2019 and is tasked with all financial management, internal recruitment, external relationship management, HR, business procedures, practices and operational structures.
With over 8 years operational management experience working with a range of organisations, Ghislaine works closely with the Directors to assist in the improvement and development of our organisational structure and plays a key role in supporting the business’ ambitious growth plans.
Ghislaine was made an Associate Director in 2021. Alongside her qualifications as as Mental Health First Aid Champion, Ghislaine is currently sudying for a CIPD Diploma in HR.
Shaunagh joined the business as a graduate in 2014 and her ambition and notable abilities have enabled her to progress at pace through the business, leading on new sector expansion, developing new talent internally and aiding the organisation with strategic direction and business improvement.
Shaunagh is highly experienced across our sectors and has developed longstanding partnerships with an enviable portfolio of real estate developers and consultancies. She is currently leading our UK Real Estate division, working with some of the largest and most respected businesses operating across real estate sectors.
She is responsible for team management, leadership and growth, as well as day-to-day recruitment activities with our respected real estate partners.
Poonam is a qualified accountant. After qualifying within audit and assurance in practice she then went into corporate finance before moving into the recruitment sector where she held senior positions with both Hamilton Bradshaw and Spencer Ogden amongst others.
Poonam is Founder of Azuki Accounts, a specialist business launched to offer end to end finance solutions to recruitment businesses. Applying her wealth of experience gained working with international recruitment, Poonam sits on our Board as a Consultant FD and also supports our business with growth strategies, budgeting, performing due diligence, overseas set up and all financing solutions.
John joined us as a Non-Executive Director in early 2018, bringing with him more than 30 years’ experience in the recruitment sector and an extensive leadership track record both in the UK and internationally.
Having spent over 12 years in a variety of CEO positions across global recruitment organisations, John has a unique understanding of the professional recruitment industry, with a proven ability to drive profitability and lead successful business expansion strategies.
