Foundation Recruitment are collaborating exclusively with Fidum Property Management in the recruitment of the Centre Manager at The Atrium in Camberley, the leading retail and leisure scheme in the town centre. The Centre has recently have been purchased by new owners and will present the successful applicant with an opportunity to model their own team, including support staff, and to inject new energy into the management of the Centre!
What you’ll be doing…
- You will oversee the day to day running of the centre.
- Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders with tenants being a key focus, supporting them in driving their businesses forward.
- This role involves managing the service charge budget, driving revenue and increasing footfall.
- Your ambition is to ensure the ongoing operational and commercial success of the centre and enhancing the customer service experience for both the visitors and tenants.

Budget:
- Basic salary between £60,000 – £70,000, with additional competitive benefits package.
