Overview of the Role
Are you an experienced Operations or Centre Manager, with experience in a mixed-use or shopping centre environment? This role could be for you! With the opportunity to join a growing property management company, with a specialism in shopping centres, you could be the new Deputy Centre Manager of a developing Shopping Centre in Slough.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage contractors in hard & soft services to ensure the highest level of customer service onsite.
- Support & liaise with tenants and external stakeholders, including management of service providers in Marketing & Commercilisation.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance onsite.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Play a key role in the centre’s success and productivity.
- Contribute to community engagement and assist the wider senior management teams.
- Build on current shopping centre knowledge, to move closer to a Centre Manager title.
The right candidate will be:
- Experienced in managing security, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Skilled budgeting and administrative work.
- A strong communicator with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, preferably IOSH qualified.
The budget for this role is up to £53,000 with supporting benefits package.
