This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to make the step up into centre management.

 

What you’ll be doing…

  • Management of the reception desk and keeping retailers up to date with proposed marketing and advertising plans.
  • Lead the customer service team and plan/drive initiatives
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to visitors and retailers at all times.
  • Liaise with tenants and collect data about sales and events.

To be successful you will need…

The budget is up to £40,000 basic salary plus wider benefits package, with some possible stretch for strong candidates.
