Operations Director – Derbion!!

Following recent investment from the landlord and the implementation of an innovative asset plan, Derbion has evolved and is on the cusp of something very special. With even more investment over the coming months, and the ambition to be best-in-class and a top 10 UK destination, Derbion has created a new role of Operations Director.

What you’ll do:

• Empower, inspire, mentor, and motivate the exceptional onsite team. You will have direct reports from a specialist team of managers, as well as indirect management of the large-scale delivery teams and contractors.
• Deliver a best-in-class guest experience through strategic and innovative operational planning, implementation, and leadership.
• Full accountability for the day-to-day operation of Derbion across both hard and soft services, ESG strategies, compliance, and health & safety.

The successful candidate:

• Will be an exceptional leader and manager with a passion for people, development, mentorship, and organic growth.
• Will have a wealth of experience leading a large operation within a customer-centric environment.
• Will have a background in large scale total facilities management.
• Will be a true team player, lead from the front, and will value visibility, team interaction and support.
• Will be empathetic, with strong emotional intelligence.
