Our most comprehensive and detailed service, appropriate when an extensive, confidential exploration of a specific market and skillset is essential.

Typically undertaken for more senior or specialist roles, we have successfully completed a wide variety of Executive Search work for both UK and international clients.

Always working with the utmost discretion and sensitivity, we will identify individuals who match the role requirements assembled from a detailed initial briefing meeting with you. Each individual is carefully approached to establish their receptiveness to a more comprehensive exploration of the opportunity. Face to face interviews with us will follow soon after, with extensive interview notes submitted for your consideration. Candidates are then progressed through your interview process – with us in attendance if preferred – and the final closing of the offer managed by us on your behalf. We will also respectfully remove unsuccessful candidates always mindful of protecting your brand and maintaining appropriate business relationships.
