This team is on the lookout for a Marketing Account Manager to join their fast-paced and growing agency.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about placemaking, creative campaigns, and delivering award-winning marketing strategies across retail, mixed-use, office and commercial spaces.
Leading and developing key client accounts across the property sector.
Creating and delivering high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns that bring places to life.
Working closely with internal teams (creative, digital, customer experience) to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
Managing day-to-day campaign activity including copywriting, social content, events, stakeholder engagement, media briefs, and reporting.
Tracking performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Presenting strategies, concepts, and results directly to clients and supporting overall account growth.
Experience in a client-facing marketing or account management role, ideally in a creative agency or property marketing setting.
Solid understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and creative delivery.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in briefing creative teams and managing external suppliers.
Strong time management – you’ll be overseeing multiple projects and clients at once.
Passion for placemaking and community-led marketing.
