What you’ll be doing…
• Overseeing all the Soft service team onsite.
• Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Playing a key role in the management team to achieve optimum success.
• Be part of the constant project works within the centre.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are complied with.

To be successful you will need…
• The ability to demonstrate strong operational knowledge and experience managing contactors in soft services.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• A strong understanding of H&S oversight.
SALARY – £60,000- £65,000 + discretionary bonus and wider benefits
