This unique estate blends residential, retail, and public realm spaces and is designed to foster a strong sense of community.

🔧 About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of all estate services and operations. From overseeing maintenance and service providers to championing ESG and sustainability goals, you’ll ensure the estate remains a safe, welcoming, and innovative environment for residents, visitors, and retailers alike.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, service partners, and the local community, delivering best-in-class operational standards with a hands-on, proactive approach.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational management of the estate (residential, retail, and public realm).

  • Manage service contractors (security, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, etc.).

  • Lead on sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting in line with estate goals.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance estate operations and resident experience.

  • Foster a strong sense of community through regular engagement with stakeholders and residents.

  • Ensure full compliance with H&S, risk assessments, and statutory obligations.

  • Project Management

📌 Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in operational management within a mixed-use or community-based environment.

  • Knowledge of residential, commercial and public realm operations.

  • Strong understanding of ESG and sustainability principles.

  • Excellent team leadership and project management skills.

  • IOSH/NEBOSH desirable

  • Technical qualifications desirable but not essential
