EVENTS & COMMUNITY MANAGER – LONDON
£50,000 – x3 DAYS PER WEEK
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of a diverse events programme, having full autonomy managing key relationships, and helping define the strategic direction for engagement across the estate. You’ll be central to bringing their vision to life—on the ground, in the community, and across all touchpoints.
We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, deliver standout experiences, and drive meaningful engagement with their growing community of stakeholders, visitors, and partners.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning & Execution…
- Develop creative, impactful event concepts aligned with asset goals and audience needs.
- Produce and manage detailed event plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee smooth on-the-day delivery, ensuring all activities run to plan.
Stakeholder Relations…
- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, venues, community groups, and commercial partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.
Logistics & Management…
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor sourcing, contract management, staffing, and operational setup.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies.
Engagement & Promotion…
- Develop and deliver promotion strategies to maximise attendance and community involvement.
- Work with marketing teams to create engaging content and campaigns that bring events to life.
Performance Analysis…
- Monitor, measure, and record event outcomes to evaluate success.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future events and support strategic planning.
Required Skills & Experience…
- Outstanding organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging partners, suppliers, and the public.
- Proven budget management experience, ensuring high standards and value for money.
- Creative flair, with the ability to design unique concepts and bring forward innovative ideas to enhance the scheme.
- Adaptability, with experience delivering both indoor and outdoor events.
- A practical, hands-on approach to logistics and people management.
