YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations across three multi-tenanted commercial properties.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all occupiers, contractors, and service providers on site.
  • Manage and coordinate hard and soft FM services, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and operational standards.
  • Provide technical oversight of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
  • Manage the engineering service delivery, including maintenance programmes and compliance.
  • Ensure electronic security systems and related infrastructure are properly maintained and operational.
  • Lead contractor management, including tendering, procurement, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across the portfolio, including risk assessments and statutory obligations.
  • Manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and support financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular building inspections, identifying improvement opportunities and resolving operational issues.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU…

  • Experience in the operational management of multi-occupied commercial buildings.
  • Proven engineering and hard services management experience.
  • Responsibility and ownership of complete engineering and electronic security service delivery.
  • Strong engineering management capability.
  • Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgets and service charge control.
  • Thorough understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with tendering processes and contractor management.
  • Basic IT skills, including standard office systems and reporting tools.
  • Technically minded and comfortable managing hard services without on-site technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with occupiers and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of building operations.
