Key Responsibilities…
- Overall operational management of a 90,000 sq ft multi-tenanted commercial building
- Act as the primary point of contact for occupiers, delivering a high standard of customer service
- Manage and coordinate third-party contractors, ensuring service delivery, compliance, and value
- Oversee all Health & Safety matters, ensuring statutory and best-practice compliance
- Carry out regular building inspections and manage remedial actions
- Line manage one Front of House team member, with responsibility for their performance, development, and progression
- Work closely with the on-site café operator to ensure a positive occupier experience
- Maintain strong relationships with occupiers and proactively manage issues and expectations
About You…
- Proven experience managing a similar commercial or multi-tenanted building
- Robust and resilient, with the confidence to manage difficult or sensitive conversations professionally
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Experienced in third-party contractor management
- Solid Health & Safety knowledge; IOSH qualification desirable
- Comfortable working under pressure in a customer-facing environment
- Evidence of successfully managing and engaging with demanding customers or occupiers
- People management experience, with a desire to develop and support team members
