This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a new, extremely well funded private equity business which is about to embark on exponential investment growth within the logistics/last mile sectors across the UK, Germany and France. Focused on adding well over €1bn AUM in the next 18 months, our retained client is seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated analyst to join the multi disciplinary team which is currently being assembled.

Overview of the role –

  • You will work alongside the CEO in the analysis and underwriting of all investment transactions across the UK, France and Germany
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies and risk asessments to inform investment decisions
  • Take responsibility for compiling all investment committe reporting, working across the team to assemble all relevant data
  • Work with the AM team to determine asset level strategies

What we are looking for –

  • You will be highly numerate and have significant real estate investment analysis experience. Exposure to the logistics sector would be favoured, but isn’t essential. European exposure (particularly, France and Germany) is an additional benefit
  • You will be able to comfortably create investment models, build dashboards, incorporating leverage, promote and tax structures
  • You will have worked closely alongside senior investment focused colleagues and be extremely familiar with the expectations associated with PE reporting
  • Its envisaged you will already be working in a “high expectation” environment, but be looking to apply your top tier skills in a more antonomous and entreprenurial business
  • You will need to come with a genuine “start up” mentality. This business is in an exciting push mode and pace – along with accuracy – is key
  • Ideally you will speak French and/or German but this is not a pre-requisite
