Your responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing building operations, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and statutory regulations, including management of the service charge budget.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with occupiers, ensuring open communication regarding building issues.
  • Collaborating with service partners and colleagues to ensure consistent and high standards of service delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Be at the forefront of property management for a prestigious estate, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

The right candidate will be:

  • Experienced in property/facilities/building management for commercial assets.
  • Skilled in contractor management with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Knowledgeable about work permits, occupier fit-outs, and landlord works.

The budget for this role is up to £60,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
