Your responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing building operations, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and statutory regulations, including management of the service charge budget.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with occupiers, ensuring open communication regarding building issues.
- Collaborating with service partners and colleagues to ensure consistent and high standards of service delivery.
