  • Contractor Oversight: Manage and monitor all FM service providers, ensuring high performance, value for money, and full compliance with contract terms.
  • Compliance & Health & Safety: Ensure the asset remains fully compliant with all statutory obligations and best practice guidelines, including H&S, fire safety, and environmental standards.
  • Project Management: Lead both minor works and major refurbishment projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Asset Enhancement: Work closely with the client and wider estate management team to identify and implement opportunities for continual improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing multi-tenanted commercial buildings, ideally within a high-profile estate or central London portfolio.

  • Experience in service charge budget preparation and management.
  • Excellent contractor and supplier management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of property compliance, health & safety, and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Track record of managing capital and refurbishment projects (minor to major).
  • IOSH/NEBOSH or similar professional qualifications are advantageous.

Why Apply?

  • Be part of a prestigious West London estate with a reputation for excellence and innovation.
  • Join a supportive and collaborative team with access to market-leading resources and tools.
  • Enjoy a role with real autonomy and influence, managing a flagship commercial asset.
  • Competitive salary, generous benefits package, and clear progression opportunities.
