Are you ready to manage a premium retail portfolio in the travel sector? The portfolio is across four railway stations including one of the UK’s most prestigious retail environments – St. Pancras International, which isn’t just a station, it’s a world-class retail and leisure destination. This is a unique opportunity to join London St. Pancras Highspeed as a Retail Account Manager, where you’ll lead on the trading strategy and performance of fashion, gifting and convenience retailers within a globally renowned asset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the trading performance of your retail category, driving income, sales, and customer experience across fashion, gifting, and convenience.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, collaborating closely to help brands thrive in a unique and high-footfall environment.
  • Analyse sales data and performance trends to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic trading plans, ensuring optimal performance around key retail peaks.
  • Support the planning and execution of new store openings, retail activations, and experiential events.
  • Champion innovation – from data-led decision-making to digital integrations and frictionless customer journeys.
  • Work cross-functionally with leasing, marketing, projects, and operations teams to enhance the overall retail offer.
  • Ensure compliance with lease obligations, billing, and documentation while supporting contract and space management across the high-speed stations.
