Marketing Executive

We are currently recruiting for the role of a Marketing Executive to join Praxis which is an established property owner and management company, to be based at their office in Manchester City Centre. This position will be pivotal in overseeing the delivery of marketing and events activity across their portfolio of shopping centres!!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Your role objective is to contribute to increasing the volume of customers visiting the business’ shopping centres UK wide!
• Working with the Head of Marketing to produce the annual marketing strategies for all shopping centres and localising plans accordingly.
• Full service B2C marketing with some B2B exposure overseeing tenant communications (with the brands that occupy the shopping centres).
• Events coordination!
• Agency management.
• Digital and social ownership.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Previous experience in shopping centre marketing would be a huge benefit but isn’t essential.
• Experience in overseeing the delivery of multiple campaigns across a portfolio of brands or assets.
• Excellent practical understanding of social media, digital content, and website management.
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work autonomously and the desire to grow and learn.

Budget:

• £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
