We are working with a leading creative consultancy that specialises in connecting people to places across a range of services including placemaking, digital, marketing, customer experience, events, and communications. This team is on the lookout for a Marketing Account Manager to join their fast-paced and growing agency.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about placemaking, creative campaigns, and delivering award-winning marketing strategies across retail, mixed-use, office and commercial spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing key client accounts across the property sector.

  • Creating and delivering high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns that bring places to life.

  • Working closely with internal teams (creative, digital, customer experience) to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

  • Managing day-to-day campaign activity including copywriting, social content, events, stakeholder engagement, media briefs, and reporting.

  • Tracking performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Presenting strategies, concepts, and results directly to clients and supporting overall account growth.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • Experience in a client-facing marketing or account management role, ideally in a creative agency or property marketing setting.

  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and creative delivery.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence in briefing creative teams and managing external suppliers.

  • Strong time management – you’ll be overseeing multiple projects and clients at once.

  • Passion for placemaking and community-led marketing.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
