Assistant Estate Manager

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

You will support the Estate Manager, Technical Services Manager and Retail & Events Manager in the following areas:

  • Supporting all aspects of routine correspondence and leading on administrative duties to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the estate.
  • Proactively managing estate operations by programming and coordinating security, cleaning, landscaping, fabric maintenance and M&E services, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered through structured monitoring and regular liaison with service partners.
  • Supporting the estate’s sustainability objectives, including initiatives contributing to the estate’s pathway to net zero carbon.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with retailers and relevant third parties, including assisting with the coordination of landlord development works across the estate.
  • Maintaining an understanding of retailer sales and campus footfall systems, and assisting with periodic reporting to support retail performance monitoring and events planning.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits across the estate to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation are maintained in both public areas and back-of-house service spaces.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of operational records and ensuring compliance with established estate management procedures and standards.
