Focused on a portfolio of shopping centre assets in London and the SE, this strategic role with NewRiver REIT plc is a newly created position reporting into the Head of Asset Management, UK.

What You Will Do

  • Leading an accomplished and motivated team of 7 asset managers, take oversight for the delivery of portfolio outperformance through innovative asset strategies and rigorous business plan execution.
  • Pro-active preparation, in collaboration with your team and the wider business, of value-add strategies such as but not limited to asset positioning, development potential, leasing opportunities and asset re-gearing.
  • Build and maintain highly credible relationships with occupiers and stakeholders, with a focus on senior external town centre stakeholders, including MP’s, councils and other bodies, to enhance New River’s reputation and influence.

What Experience You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated success in leading retail portfolios – and ideally shopping centres – with measurable value creation.
  • You will be recognised as a trusted leader who develops senior talent and builds cohesive, high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional ability to influence up to Board level and engage with external partners at the highest level.
