Mixed-Use Estate Manager (Friday–Monday)
Specialist Weekend Role | Dynamic Work Pattern | London

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives working outside the usual 9-to-5 rhythm. By covering weekends, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless estate operations during a crucial period while enjoying the benefits of a more flexible workweek. With fewer midweek commitments, this position allows for clearer thinking, better planning, and the freedom to take on personal or professional opportunities during quieter periods.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of a high-end mixed-use estate (residential, retail, and commercial units)

  • Act as the on-site point of contact for residents, tenants, and contractors

  • Maintain oversight of weekend operations, including maintenance, security, and service delivery

  • Ensure full health and safety compliance across the estate, in line with current legislation and best practice

  • Work collaboratively with the weekday team to ensure smooth handovers and operational continuity

  • Support and engage with the local community to foster a sense of neighbourhood pride and productivity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in estate, facilities, or property management

  • Strong understanding of service charge budgets, including the ability to manage and reconcile multiple schedules

  • Proficient in property management systems, ideally with experience using Proactis

  • Demonstrated tenant liaison experience with a personable, proactive, and professional approach

  • IOSH certification is essential, with NEBOSH preferred

  • A strong commitment to health and safety compliance, with the confidence to lead H&S procedures and risk assessments

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • A genuine interest in community engagement, working to enhance local relationships and boost neighbourhood productivity

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently during quieter periods

This role offers a rewarding blend of operational responsibility and community impact, perfect for a capable and confident manager ready to take charge of weekend estate operations.
