Senior Asset Manager, London

We are retained by an ambitious and entreprenurial PE platform as it embarks on a period of rapid growth, following its initial start up phase. Targeting logistics investment across the UK, Germany and France, the business is extremely well funded and strategically well positioned to deploy significant capital in the next 18+ months. This is a key role and as a result we are looking for an accomplished and ambitious individual to join as soon as possible and lead on all AM matters, cross border.

Overview of the Role

• Work alongside the CEO and wider team, devising innovative asset management strategies for both exsisting assets under management and all new investments
• Focus on ESG and capability of taking ownership of building reporting systems
• Support on active management projects, starting with leased properties and this party managed assets but quickly expanding into leasing, refurbishments, development oversight and sales
• Capable of reporting and direct interaction to PE (internal) client, including the associated high pressure timescales

Your Skills

• Ideally you will have worked in a similar cross border role with a focus on logistics assets
• You will be highly numerate and capable of troubleshooting exsisting financial models
• Fluency in German and/or French would be very attractive
• You will have a proven track record of delivering high value asset management strategies
• You will be very experienced at producing and presenting board reports, bank reporting (asset level), business plans and valuations
