Shopping Centre Operations Manager

What you’ll be doing…

• Overseeing all facility and contractor management in both hard and soft services.
• Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Playing a key role in the senior management team to achieve optimum success.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are complied with.
• Managing projects and implementing ESG strategies.

To be successful you will need…

• The ability to demonstrate strong operational knowledge, a track record of managing a team successfully and experience in contractor management.
• IOSH qualification
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Understanding in compliance of H&S
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Budget:

• Up to £42,000 basic salary, with room for negotiation for the right candidate.
