Overview of the Role:

Are you looking to use your experience in shopping centre management, for an exciting new opportunity to oversee the launch of a shopping centre? With the chance to work with a leading property management company and their unique understanding of retail, you could be the new Centre Manager for this BRAND NEW mixed-use Shopping Centre, in Farnham. This role is being considered on a fixed-term contract basis of a minimum of 6-months, or a permanent position.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Setup various service providers and ensuring all policies are in place for launch.
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholders, including tenants, the local community, and the landlord.
  • Managing contractors in Hard & Soft Services, ensuring the highest operational efficiency.
  • Managing sustainability initiatives, service charge budgets, and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.

The right candidate will be:

  • Experienced in service charge management.
  • Operationally sound, experience in procurement and ensure the site is fully compliant.
  • Experienced in Shopping Centre management.

 

The advertised budget for this role is up to £55,000 with the possibility to go above for exceptional candidates, including a discretionary bonus scheme and further benefits.
