Performance & Engagement Lead

Are you passionate about driving retail performance and building strong occupier relationships?

A landmark mixed-use estate in central London is looking for a Retail Performance and Engagement Lead to support the Senior Retail Manager and deliver world-class service across a diverse retail, F&B, and leisure portfolio.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to enhance customer experience, maximise sales performance, and drive innovation across the estate.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Acting as the main point of contact for retailers and providing support on performance and engagement
  • Identifying underperforming retailers and developing SMART action plans to drive results
  • Conducting regular retailer visits and competitive benchmarking
  • Delivering clear communication across the retail community through updates, meetings, and reporting
  • Supporting the Senior Retail Manager with the annual retail strategy and KPI tracking
  • Collaborating with marketing, events, and operational teams to deliver impactful initiatives
  • Maintaining strong relationships with service partners and ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Assisting with service charge budgets and management reporting

To be successful you will need…

  • Experience in retail, property, or facilities management roles
  • Track record of building relationships and improving sales performance
  • Experienced in being a point of escalation for Retailers, clients or service partners
  • Knowledge of health and safety and compliance
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing and reporting skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of service charge processes
  • Passion for delivering iconic assets and high levels of customer service

Salary

Up to £45,000 + benefits
