Project Coordinator – Elephant & Castle Regeneration | Up to £45K

Are you organised, bright, and ready to grow your career in property development?

Get Living, the pioneer in Build to Rent, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team in Southwark. You’ll support the delivery of Elephant & Castle’s landmark regeneration, one of London’s most exciting neighbourhood projects.

This role gives you the chance to work alongside a large, experienced development team, gaining exposure to every stage of the process with a developer and owner at the forefront of UK real estate.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Coordinating project and steering group meetings
  • Taking clear notes and tracking actions through to completion
  • Managing development drawings and technical documents
  • Supporting document control, project reporting, and processes
  • Organising diaries and ensuring the team runs efficiently
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to keep delivery on track
  • Providing one day per week support to an Executive EA

To succeed in this role you’ll need…

  • Experience supporting property development or coordinating projects
  • Knowledge of development drawings and technical documentation
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to problem-solve and take ownership of tasks
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office; SharePoint or Teams experience is a plus
  • Prior work experience within property, real estate, or development

Contract & Salary

  • Up to £45,000 + benefits
  • FTC or Permanent
  • Based at Southwark offices
