Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FM Lead / Estate Manager to head the team of a new residential estate, including offerings in retail & commercial, and responsibility of public realm. As the FM Lead / Estate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the continuous delivery of estates Facilities Management, ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety compliance and managing all hard and soft services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with proven leadership skills and a passion for excellence in property and estate management.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead continuous delivery of estates Facilities Management.
  • Oversee hard and soft services and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients, leaseholders, and contractors.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are met.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Manage the block’s mobilisation and PPM plan.
  • Maintain fire and life safety systems.
  • Drive placemaking initiatives and client events.
  • Ensure compliance and value delivery from suppliers.

The right candidate will be:

  • A natural leader with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in project and financial management.
  • Certified in IOSH or NEBOSH, and a Member of BIFM.
  • Experienced in utility management and service charge budgets.
