Estate Manager

LONDON

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational delivery across a high-profile, 24/7 mixed-use estate
  • Coordinate soft services and ensure efficient planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Monitor and manage supplier SLAs and KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Lead procurement and tendering for new contracts and services
  • Manage contractor relationships and performance
  • Maintain and forecast the estate’s service charge budget
  • Support ESG initiatives in line with the estate’s sustainability goals
  • Collaborate across residential and commercial functions to ensure seamless estate performance
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations (NEBOSH/IOSH essential)

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing a complex, high-profile estate
  • Excellent customer service & client relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of estate and facilities operations
  • NEBOSH (desirable) or IOSH qualified (required)
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Commercially minded with solid financial acumen
  • Confident managing service charge budgets & planned projects
  • Solutions-focused, accountable, and calm under pressure
  • Strong communicator at senior stakeholder level

Hours: 40 hours per week, operational support across a 24/7 estate

Salary: Ranging from £55,000 – £60,000
