This is a pivotal role where you’ll be at the heart of estate operations, working alongside building managers, technical services managers, and overseeing on-site contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of a prominent mixed-use estate

  • Oversee service delivery through close coordination with contractors and service partners

  • Support and collaborate with building and technical services managers

  • Maintain excellent estate standards and ensure full compliance across all operations

  • Monitor budgets, assist in financial reporting, and drive energy-efficient initiatives

  • Liaise with residents, tenants, and stakeholders to deliver a first-class estate experience


About You:

  • Problem solver with the ability to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Methodical, highly organised, and attentive to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

  • Self-disciplined, confident, proactive, and accurate


Required Skills (Essential):

  • 3rd Party / Contractor Management

  • Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Outlook, Excel, systems reporting)

  • Energy awareness and commitment to sustainable practices

  • Financial management and budget handling

  • Solid Health & Safety knowledge and compliance awareness

  • Fabric management and upkeep of communal areas

  • Project management experience, ideally within a commercial or mixed-use setting
