We’re looking for a Client Relationship Director to join their dynamic team and lead the Client Service function. This is a pivotal role, where you’ll shape client strategy, inspire your team, and deliver a best-in-class experience for some of the most exciting brands in property and placemaking.
What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Champion client needs within the agency and oversee strategic account plans.
