Estate Manager
LONDON
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational delivery across a high-profile, 24/7 mixed-use estate
- Coordinate soft services and ensure efficient planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Monitor and manage supplier SLAs and KPIs on a monthly basis
- Lead procurement and tendering for new contracts and services
- Manage contractor relationships and performance
- Maintain and forecast the estate’s service charge budget
- Support ESG initiatives in line with the estate’s sustainability goals
- Collaborate across residential and commercial functions to ensure seamless estate performance
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations (NEBOSH/IOSH essential)
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing a complex, high-profile estate
- Excellent customer service & client relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of estate and facilities operations
- NEBOSH (desirable) or IOSH qualified (required)
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Commercially minded with solid financial acumen
- Confident managing service charge budgets & planned projects
- Solutions-focused, accountable, and calm under pressure
- Strong communicator at senior stakeholder level
Hours: 40 hours per week, operational support across a 24/7 estate
Salary: Ranging from £55,000 – £60,000
