Centre Manager
Salary: Ranging from £65,000 – £75,000 for the right candidate + enhanced pension 9.5, discretionary bonus upto 10% and much more!
This is not a role for someone looking to simply maintain the status quo. We want a fresh pair of eyes—someone who can step in, objectively assess the site, and challenge what’s always been done. You’ll bring a strong sense of leadership and commercial acumen to a diverse and evolving environment, while acting as the key interface between the centre’s stakeholders, retailers, and the local community.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, local authorities, and service providers
Identify new opportunities to improve footfall, dwell time, and customer satisfaction
Drive compliance, health & safety, and operational excellence
Champion innovation and lead strategic improvements across the site
Experienced in retail facilities management or shopping centre operations, with a solid track record of driving performance
Personable and confident, with the strength of character to manage varied stakeholders and front-facing responsibilities
Commercially savvy, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and site improvement
Ideally qualified with a Retail Diploma or NEBOSH (or working towards)
