Senior Property Manager – Commercial

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and well established investor and developer, taking on a mixed portfolio of commercial assets across the East Midlands and Derbyshire. You will be responsible for the day to day property management of the portfolio, interacting closely with the in house asset management and leasing teams.

Key Duties

• Build key strategic relationships with tenants
• Advance planning for critical lease events such as lease expiries, rent reviews and break options
• Deal with all tenant applications for assignation, subletting and alterations
• Deal with all dilapidation claims
• Manage service charge expenditure effectively, working closely with the in house facilities and asset management teams
• Undertake regular property inspections to ensure lease compliance and to assess asset condition

Who We Are Looking For

• You will need to bring excellent commercial property management skills and solid experience in the discipline.
• MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
• You must have service charge budget setting and management, experience
• You will be an accomplished relationship builder who enjoys building rapport and trust with your tenants
• A high attention to detail and well organised. As you will be working remotely from the main NW based management team, you will get a high level of autonomy
