When Danielle first contacted me about a fixed term role, I was fairly confident that I wouldn’t be applying. Danielle learned about my experience and showed me the options the job and business could offer me in the long run. She was incredibly supportive and encouraging and understood any reservations I had. The day I got the call to say I had been successful she was so compassionate and I felt she was genuinely understood what this meant to my family.
