There were several stages to the interview and Foundation were very supportive, providing helpful feedback throughout the process and are still in touch to ensure everything is going ok. I had to do a presentation for the final stage which Ryan and Shaunagh reviewed, gave advice and offered positive feedback - really boosting my confidence! Having been passed forward for several interviews by a number of recruitment agencies, I can say that Foundation was way out in front in the way they handled the process and kept me informed. I have passed on Foundation's details to several colleagues, something which I haven’t done with other agencies.
