Although as a business we regularly use Foundation this was my first experience of working with them. My Consultant was highly focussed, providing detailed feedback on all candidates, communicating regularly and making the process as simple as possible - their proactive and lateral thinking meant we found a great candidate in a timely manner. The follow up has been excellent and there is a genuine desire to make sure the candidate has proven to be the right choice. Foundation provides fast, robust and constructive feedback and they do not give up. Their processes work and I shall be using them again.
