Retail Manager – Trentham Shopping Village

This is your opportunity to join Multi-Realm as a Retail Manager at Trentham Shopping Village, where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, strengthening retailer relationships, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with retail and F&B occupiers, helping them maximise their sales potential.
• Analyse and report on retailer performance and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Support underperforming brands with strategies to drive footfall and revenue.
• Work in partnership with the marketing and events teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives.
• Play a key role in leasing support, offering insights into trading opportunities and assisting with new store openings.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including retailers, local businesses, and the wider centre team.
• Identify and manage opportunities for mall commercialisation income.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Experience in retail management, shopping centres, or a multi-site retail role.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with sales and performance data.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work cross-functionally with teams across leasing, marketing, and operations.

Package & How to Apply:
