What you’ll be doing

• You will lead the strategic direction of the Trafford Centre!
• Leading a substantial onsite, in-house team, you will inspire, encourage, and empower to engender a collaborative, commercial and ambitious working culture.
• You will be the face of the destination and key interface with tenants, local authorities, the local community, the client, and customers.
• You will bring vigour and vitality to the role and foster effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Experience at a senior and strategic level within a comparable environment whether that be shopping centres, retail destinations, airports, venues, or mixed-use estates.
• To be a proven and inspiring leader of large teams within a B2C environment.
• To be adaptable to a broad range of stakeholders with varying specialisms, personalities, and objectives.
• A passion for stakeholder experience, engagement, and influence.
