Technical Services Director

This is a strategic role, where you will be responsible for leading the technical services strategy across the entire UK business, ensuring all projects are delivered to an exceptionally high standard. You will also lead, influence, and inspire teams across neighbourhoods, as well as drive customer experience in collaboration with the wider senior leadership team, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in customer centric real estate environments which could include build-to-rent, commercial, residential, shopping centres or mixed-use estates.

You will be responsible for:

• Working independently to develop and implement a technical services strategy for the business at it’s current size as well as for the future development and growth assets.

• Developing and delivering technical services across neighbourhoods throughout the UK.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

• Ensuring all projects are delivered to an exceptionally high standard, on time and on budget.

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
