We are searching for a Sustainability Analyst for an iconic estate in London. You will regularly collect and interpret related data such as utility use, generating reports that identify trends and opportunities; produce regular internal communications, graphics and resources to support the sustainability programme and engage with key stakeholders to identify projects and initiatives that will achieve improved sustainability performance.

The business manage and maintain all aspects of the Estate, delivering brilliant and sustainable experiences every day to its customers and theirs.

Sustainability Analyst:

  • Regularly collect and interpret related data such as utility use, generating reports that identify trends and opportunities.
  • Produce regular internal communications based on data analysis to support the sustainability programme;
  • Engage with customers on the Estate to identify projects and initiatives that will achieve improved sustainability performance;
  • Proactively identify innovations which can be incorporated onto the Estate to ensure the business is a leader in the industry;
  • Assist with the implementation of the Sustainability Action Plan, Community Engagement and Communication Plan to increase customer recognition of sustainability initiatives (including sustainability seminars, sustainability awards, recycling networks, homelessness, volunteering, health and wellbeing);

You:

  • Previous experience in sustainability – not essential to have experience within the Property Industry;
  • Understanding & use of technology for collation and interpretation of data and production of communications;
  • Strong analytical/report writing skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritise are key;
  • Self-motivated with the personality, passion, and drive for delivering the client’s sustainability strategy
  • Persuasive and confident personality.
