A leading property consultancy and management company is looking for an engaging and ambitious individual to join them as Operations Manager and run the day to day operations at a major Shopping Centre in Hampshire. The property is home to a mix of national and international fashion led retailers, a nine screen cinema and a variety of restaurants and cafes.

  • Ensure that the site runs smoothly on an operational and commercial basis.
  • Manage the performance of both hard and soft services on the site.
  • Engage and build good relationships with the tenants in the centre.
  • Manage the compliance to health and safety regulations by all team members and ensure the site meets health and safety standards.


  • Experience delivering facilities management in a customer facing environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety is essential; an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is ideal.
  • Exposure working with external stakeholders and contactors in necessary.
  • Strong people management and excellent communication skills.
