Overview
Are you experienced in a retail or shopping centre environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity? With the chance to work with a leading property management company, with their unique understanding of retail, you could be the new Centre Manager of a retail destination in Bridgewater.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Liaising with tenants regularly, providing a high level of customer to service to all.
  • Run the day-to-day operations of the centre, managing hard and soft service contractors.
  • Developing and organising annual events and organising marketing strategies, with the goal of driving footfall.

  • Experience managing your own budget, raising annual income, and bringing new ideas to the table.

The budget is £35,000 basic salary (part-time), dependent on experience.
