This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded property management company, taking responsibility for the management of a new destination within a larger retail and leisure scheme.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Overall management of the scheme including operations, procedures and overall commercial performance.
- Creating a customer focussed environment, ensuring that the experience meets the customers needs.
- Performance management, ensuring that the centre performs commercially and all operation service is delivered effectively.
- Overseeing all onsite team members.

The right candidate will be:
- Have experience of managing retailers/traders, with excellent communication and liaison skills.
- Team management, experience of managing diverse teams to ensure operational excellence.
- The ability to work well under pressure and the ability to deliver in short timescales and with excellent problem solving skills.
