Shopping Centre Manager, Oxfordshire

Are you a proactive, customer related manager looking for your next step into centre management?  Then this role could be for you.  This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded property management company, taking responsibility for the management of a new destination within a larger retail and leisure scheme.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Overall management of the scheme including operations, procedures and overall commercial performance.
  • Creating a customer focussed environment, ensuring that the experience meets the customers needs.
  • Performance management, ensuring that the centre performs commercially and all operation service is delivered effectively.
  • Overseeing all onsite team members.

The role offers the opportunity to:

  • As a new centre there is the opportunity to identify new ideas and opportunities to make the centre successful.

The right candidate will be:

  • Have experience of managing retailers/traders, with excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Team management, experience of managing diverse teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and the ability to deliver in short timescales and with excellent problem solving skills.
