Overview
Are you in the retail or shopping centre sector, looking for a new exciting opportunity, to work on a shopping centre in the early stages of it’s completion? This role could be for you! You could be the Estate Manager, of this mixed-use, open air shopping centre in Central London, working with one of the largest property management companies in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Liaising directly with independent and boutique retailers, office tenants, and leisure offerings, including a cinema.
- Engage with local stakeholders of the business, to increase the profile and profitability of the scheme.
- Brainstorming marketing initiatives and bringing new ideas to the table, to maximise revenue at the shopping centre.
- Working together with the Assistant Estate Manager, to create a 5* customer experience for tenants, guests, and visitors.

To be successful, you will need…
- Experience in retail environment, preferably in the shopping centre sector.
- To be able to work around the business needs, including occasional weekend work.
- Experience in managing your own budget, service charge preferred not necessary.
- A knowledge of health and safety compliance, preferably IOSH qualified.
Salary £50,000-55,000
