We have an exciting opportunity for a Shopping Centre Manager at a well-known destination in North London! The shopping centre is home to a varied mix of national and international retailers as well as leisure operators and is currently undergoing an exciting refurbishment project to improve the scheme.

The centre is a hive of activity due to the transport hub within it and as such is a 24/7 site, a great challenge for someone to take on with a host of stakeholder relationships to manage.

The role:

  • Accountable for: Administration, Finance, Facilities, Health & Safety, Marketing, Stakeholder Relations and Innovation.
  • Primary Purpose: deliver high and efficient standards of operation and care, maintain the shopping centre as a desirable, safe and progressive environment in which to shop, visit and work.
  • Key Business Responsibilities: drive retailer performance by increasing footfall and/or centre spend; continual improvement and quality; marketing and market liaison; administrative accounting and accurate financial reporting detail; health & safety

You are ideally working in Shopping Centre Management or Retail Management with relevant exposure to the above accountabilities. A background in refurbishments or project works is ideal.

The budget for the role is up to £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) with a company benefits package.
