Our client owns and manages a large mixed-use estate in London. They are seeking a senior property manager to join the in-house team and oversee commercial property management.

This role is paying up to £70,000 and offers flexible working options, private healthcare, 10% employer pension contributions, a financial training contribution and paid study leave, as well as several other benefits.

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Oversee a portfolio of retail, restaurants, and leisure across a large mixed-use estate in London.
• Build, manage and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders including tenants, local community organisations and the internal Asset Manager.
• Oversee external managing agents as well as the in-house FM team.
• Financial management of service charges and budgets.
• New tenant set-up including leases, rents, service charge management, policies, and procedures.
• Day-to-day lease management.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Overseeing compliance and best practice.

What makes you the right fit:

• Proven experience in commercial property management – at least 3-5 years’ experience
• Ideally, post-qualified RICS.
• Commercial lease management experience.
• Service charge experience.
• Confident, pro-active, hardworking.
• Highly professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Works to high standards and strives to find opportunities to improve.
