We are working with an established, highly acquisitive property company based in London, specialising in strategic planning, regeneration, and active management. They are a highly entrepreneurial with a commercial and mixed-use portfolio including shopping centres and high street retail, valued at £280m. The current portfolio consists of 1500 tenants with 88 assets under management nationally, and rising.
What you will be doing…
- Oversee day-to-day property management undertaken by on site staff.
- To train, support and assist Regional Estate Managers.
- To work with credit control to ensure recovery of rent and service charge arrears.
- You would take responsibility for the delivery of property management initiatives, rent reviews, lease renewals and leasing.
- Working closely with the asset manager and on-site staff in the preparation of annual service charge budgets.
- Provide direction and take accountability for all property management activities across the portfolio.

You will need…
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a range of tenants, consultants, and internal teams.
- Experience managing service charge reconciliation, conducting rent reviews, and authorising assignments and licenses to alter.
- MRICS or Assoc RICS desirable.
- Ability to use industry software – Qube, Horizon, Coyote
