Retail Analyst

You will be working for a UK leading asset and development management company, specialising in shopping centres, leisure, retail parks and mixed use. They manage a multi-million square ft portfolio with another third of their current portfolio in the development. This established company is looking grow their team to keep up with their rapidly expanding developments.

The role…

• The role involves working with in house acquisitions, operations, development teams to monitor portfolio performance over multiple assets.
• Supporting the asset management team with the oversight of individual assets and portfolios.
• The analysis and valuation of assets and net operating income.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders, including the preparation and presentation of internal and external reports to deliver data analysis capabilities.
• Propose, agree, and implement action to improve the performance of the active portfolio.

You will need…

• Have experience with complex income cash flows synonymous with shopping centre and/or leisure destination environments.
• Proficient in excel with experience working with complex scenarios and analytical functions.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to keep to deadlines with a large workload.
